Shipping Policy

Edco Source ships from warehouses across the country to offer the lowest pricing available. Freight will be prepaid on all stock orders over $1175 shipped to one location within the continental United States. We reserve the right to choose the carrier.

Inside, lift gate or residential common carrier deliveries may incur additional delivery costs at the buyer's expense.

Refunds and Exchanges

We're committed to making sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Our simple return policy is as follows: 

• Call us at 718-788-8108 or email customer service to initiate the return or exchange process.
• Products may be returned, for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. 
• Following 30 days and up to 90 days, products may be exchanged for another item(s). 
• After 90 days, return or exchange requests will be evaluated by our customer service team on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee may apply. 
• Shipping fees will not be refunded and customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Edco Source.
• If multiple cartons of a product are ordered, only one open box will be accepted for a return.
• Edco will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
